1. Eligibility for Return
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect power, color, or model).
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer.
- Opened, used, or tampered items.
- Returns made more than 7 days after delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order Number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original, unopened packaging.
- Accompanied by the original invoice.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
